wax stamp

Today I'm doing a personal course of Photoshop and Fireworks! I think that this stamp is not so elegant, but I'm sure that Bancha will forgive me for using its logo to help me in the making of this graphic!
If someone knew some tutorials on this interesting topic, please tell me 'cos I'm very interested!
